- Dig Cipher II Programming: The 4DTV Digital Sidecar gives you access to over 200 digital channels available to C-Band customers.
- Program Guide: The 4DTV Digital Sidecar provides access to a digital program guide (by subscription) that makes channel surfing a breeze. Search for future programs up to 7 days in advance or customize your guide with 4 favorites categories.
- Access to High Definition: The 4DTV Sidecar comes with a port that will allow you to access High Definition with the HDD-200 (sold separately).
- 4 in 1 Remote: Control your Sidecar, VCR, TV and stereo with one remote. You will still need your analog remote control to control your analog receiver.
- Free Software Downloads: Whenever an improvement is made to the program guide or new features have been added, you will be able to download them directly to your receiver for free.
- Automatic Satellite Updates: The program guide can automatically record any satellite moves or additions when it receives new programming information. This can be done automatically or at your request.
- SCPC: Single channel per carrier, allows you greater access to the channels on C-Band.
