Sending your repairs to us is easy, just follow the steps below. 

1. Contact us by Phone, Fax, or Email to make arrangements.

2. Fill out the Repair Form and enclose the deposit.

3. Tell us the exact problem with the equipment. Not knowing the malfunction makes it more difficult for our technicians to properly complete the repair. 

4. Box the item for repair & call UPS, or the shipper of your choice, & send it.

5. Don't forget to include handsets! ! ! 

6. We will repair your unit and send it back.
