Box the item for repair & call UPS, or the shipper of your choice, & send it.
We will repair your unit and send it back.
In the case of a rare event your unit starts to exceed the estimate, we will call you with an exact amount. You say 'Yes' or 'No'. If 'No' you will only be charged the minimum diagnosis + S&H. You will get a complete written explanation and a full credit towards the next repair. If you say 'Yes', we complete the repairs & ship back the unit to you.
In the event your unit is not economically repairable or if needed parts are no longer available, your unit will be returned for the minimum service charge only and a credit for that full amount will be given towards your next repair!
